If any changes need to be made before your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we have the chance to fill the appointment with another dog.

If an appointment is cancelled, 50% of the grooming price will be required before being able to re-book. No shows will require 100% of the groom price to re-book.

Please try your best to pick up and drop off at the time of appointment, as being late can affect other appointments. An additional late fee may be charged depending on circumstance.

Policies

We are unable to groom your dog should it be found with fleas or other parasites. Please ensure they are up to date with proper flea treatments.

If your dog is found with fleas, we will contact you to collect your dog ASAP to prevent further contamination. Full payment of the appointment will be charged, so please ensure before appointment.

If you find your dog has fleas before your scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours notice, and we can arrange a new appointment.
